New Client Services Director

Debbie started her career 30 years ago working for her father’s business in Investments, Insurance, Estate Planning, & Business Continuation.

After taking a few years to work in the Non-Profit industry as an Associate Director specializing in Quality Assurance, she moved back into Insurance as a Group Health Insurance Sales & Service Agent.

While selling Insurance she also started her own business in the Health & Fitness Industry, opening a boutique gym specializing in women’s fitness & nutrition.

Her over 20yr relationship with the Biro family, Jeff & Beth, daughters Abigail, Emily, and Sarah began in 1998.

She came to work with Jeff on establishing new clients, opening new accounts, as well as managing our social media, websites and other marketing.

Debbie believes that every business begins with client first. Something her father instilled in her years ago.

In her free time, Debbie loves to dance, travel, and spend time with her sons, daughter-in-law, and new granddaughter.
